Aaagh, bless you boys! Yeah I'm still dotting about here!

Twas my collarbone and sternum giving me grief to the point of being immobilised. Doc prescribed Diclofenac which was very effective, so much so that I was much better in less than a week. I still have to take it easy but oddly I do it more damage in bed at night (apparently I move quite violently!) than at work; tree work doesn't aggrevate it. The right collarbone is very proud compared to the left one which looks and feels wierd but Doc says little can be done about it especially as it might be connected to another condition I get called Costochondritis which in my case is inflamation of the ribcage cartilage and completely locks me up for 24-48 hours.

Can't believe how caring you lot are. Hama - may the best of your past be worst of your future!
