won a watch.......
needed to replace stoves rope seal this week, tried local stove shop but he was not very helpful , ended up ordering direct from stove maker, £15 delivered seemed a bit steep for 2metres of rope but at least saved the diesel running into glasgow. Anyway package arrived on thursday, not only sent me the full rope seal kit but also a new front glass worth £80+ vat,

well do the right thing and send it back
 thats what we did when the company sent us out extra stuff by mistake. Then the next time we ordered stuff they gave us 2 free fire bricks for our honesty
