Can you believe the mentality of some customers????

Doing a height reduction on this willow today, and after the "little twerp" had finished pruning the fringe, was about to cut out his high anchor and the customer came out and insisted it stay as it was!

So here you go, thoughts please, would you be happy?

These customers were a bit different, they paid up before we started

So, is it reasonable to leave the job knowing you had been paid?
