Pathetic workrate of rail arb gang

Ive been following the progress of a chipping gang around bow street village in mid wales, there are at least 5 operatives but the work they shift in a day is truly pathetic.they get through a couple of stools of coppiced hazel each shift and spend the rest of the time sitting about or sleeping in vehicles.

I know nobody is going work til they drop on these jobs but surely someone must notice the expense on a hundred metre job like this.

Its tax payers money they are virtually stealing, can it be reported or am i being nieve.

I also work on the rail, why rush ? "Onless its price work" which is rare these days we're bogged down with train movements h&s meathard statement,s weather etc I'm on LUL as it's even cusher then NR

Work I could do in a day takes a week "more money for me as I get day rate for my boys"

Iv even been told to slow down by management when I was only doing an hour a day to start with

Na turn up late & go home early with a visit to cafe in between onles we're in the middle of no where then we take the welfare van

Its no wonder rail work costs a fortune.. Can't say I blame the lads though, its mostly down to management and gutless politicians too scarred to close the lines down for a few months...
