Long reach hedge cutter not trimmer

Been using my Stihl HL95 long reach hedge trimmer for clearing tall bramble/small saplings around bridges and tight in to walls, yeah, I know, its not designed for that, but I find it quicker than a brush cutter, the power unit is up to the job but the trimmer cutting head could be better.

 

I'm wondering if there is a way of fitting a single sided cutter blade (wider gap between teeth) to these machines?

I'm sure stihl do a brush cutter that is like a hedge trimmer on a pole

Edit not single sided though
