try the swabish, I've found it holds it's shape better than a distel and breaks and advances with ease, been using it for well over 15 years. this pic is on SRT and was working perfect with 5 wraps but 4 or 5 can work well on DbRT with Hitchclimber or micropulley, hope you find something that works.

I'll second the swabish, before I got the zz that's all I used on 4 wraps and had no issues, still use it on my lanyard. If you knot the friction cord your self instead of an eye to eye you can get really minimal sit back, think it's about an inch or so on my lanyard

Used the distel with the Hitchclimber for a while and really enjoyed it, but it was Grand Fir or Sitka sap that killed it for me. Swapped the friction cords a few times because of gumming up the knot.

It's what pushed me in the end to ZZ and Art Positioner's.

It depends on your hitch cord and rope combination imo,ive used distel with tachyon rope and viper eye to eye hitch cord and found it too bitey, espescially in the wet.

VT is a good hitch but in my experience needs tending now and again,as for knut this with the michoacan are great hitches ive found work well with tachyon rope and teufelberger hitch cord.

Try different combos and see whats best for you.
