How many tree have you planted

Hardly any these days but when I worked in the forestry in the 70s and 80s we would have to plant a thousand a day each to make our money on price work. There were usually 4 or 5 of us so times that by a few weeks it was quite a lot. I wonder if they are still growing or been felled by now.

It`s a good question so far working since december for a midland tree firm not replaced any we have cut down but i worked planting in the north of scotland and as a small team we did over 500,000 hectares of planting with a ratio of 1 tree to 1.5m so personally got a few more to cut down before i get anywhere near that number.
