Yup, there's one 6' away as I type, in our caravan/office.

Been used and abused for decades, kept us going in a different static caravan for 2 dire winters while we built our house, before that it did the same job for a friend on 2 self-builds, before that it was in a leaky barn for God knows how long, etc.....burns anything, keeps in overnight perfectly, pumps out plenty of heat, tough little bugger.

Thanks all, I've looked at morso's. my issue is that I only have a 530mm height gap, so need something small. This was on eBay and looking good until it went from £210 to £300 in 8 seconds....in the middle of a hot summer :-/???

I'm also looking at a "little smithy", but it's so difficult to find a good second hand stove, eBay seems the only option. Does £300 sound reasonable to you guys? I nearly fell off my chair, lol.

Also any other recommendations on 'short' log burners would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance :-)

@stubby, cheers, but 30mm to tall and no room for movement, without building work :-(, thanks for the recommendation though :-)

Ok no worries bud but Building work is not that daunting really . You could easily open it out to suit . Use vermiculite board to finish the aperture and plaster over . Jobs a goodun ! :001_smile:
