hardwood saw logs

I have recently been out to a few woodlands that actually have some decent hardwoods in them, and was wondering if any mills in the midlands are buying hardwood saw logs primarily Ash but also oak and cherry. I am aware of the adverts in FJ :biggrin:

 

Also what are the current specs for cutting to, are 3.7's and 4's going to be acceptable, any help greatly appreciated
