After the new year im looking into a new splitter. Dont want anything super fancy etc but something that is fairly fast, can split 3ft lengths of anything, tractor mounted or self powered considered doesnt matter, any recommendations? Iv looked at a few from riko, wallenstein etc, would just like a hands on opinion. Thanks :thumbup1:

I bought a rytec 12 t splitter a year ago cant fault it at all it is the one that runs off the hydraulics , it splits meter length 2 speed

It runs on the tele handler so is pretty quick , i made a table to split ring of upto

2ft easily , it has the 2 hand control but is very easy to convert to a foot pedal

Best bit was the price for me £1500 inc vat last year

Have had 21 days hire in 1 year at £50 a day so very pleased
