Alright,

So looking at getting a husqvarna 395p, but off the shelf they only offer a bar up to 28" ... if i want to go for an oregon bar and chain whats my options. ?? on the site they offer a 3/8" .058 husqvarna bar to fit the 395xp

The closest oregon bar but to go bigger is 3/8" 0.63 36" would this work on the saw if i get the chain to match? or will it not line up ?

I would go .404 pitch if you want 36" ......In fact I have a little used Oregon Power Match 36" .404 pitch .063" gauge bar that could be for sale if you want it . PM me . I could meet you half way . I am near Chichester .

The Sugi steel does not burr up as quick it's possibly slightly heavier in weight but then it just is a bit more heavy duty even though it's the lite version !I've had no issues with the sprocket ,the Oregon seized quite a few times and ended up a slack unpredictably Mess...

Plus it looks better for posing pics ;)
