If only you'd put this up a month ago! You missed a bargain; sold my Balfor A11 9hp for £300 - it was immaculate. Riko reckoned it's s/h value was £8-1200 having been £2k new. Not a strategic sale that was it!

 

edit: the guy who bought it has done nothing with it; perhaps he'll sell it to you for a profit?!

Food for thought! Do like the idea of a trailer but also like the idea of a horizontal and vertical splitter! Decisions decisions!

 

Horizonal only better than a vertical with no table imo; verticals where the log is cut at ground level = back ache. Of course, big tonnage machines are nearly always horizontal. :thumbup1:
