You've picked a tough one there mate. I've done a quick search and can only suggest you head to LANTRA website look at the Horticulture, landscaping and

sports turf factsheet 2010-2011 which is the only thing I've found that covers arb. Its definitely not associated with the forest industry data. With the various numbers and job figures you could make an educated guess, perhaps based on information from elsewhere like how much a given council spends on arb each year or insurance companies etc. From there you could try and extrapolate some figures. Total nightmare and not the most scientific approach, but at least if you show your working and explain your reasoning...in any case who can sensibly contest it if the data is that hard to find? Good luck
