Stein Super Plasma PL help!

Hi guys I have just purchased a new stein super plasma climbing helmet, and was asked a question today that I didn't know the answer too. What is the retractable visor like for fogging up. are there any tips/hints or products to help prevent/ stop it if this dose happen.

I shall receive mine from the good old fr jones.
