Stein hand saws

I don't want this to become a Stein vs Silky thread, just after some views on the Stein saws.

Having spent a fortune (I found over 60 discarded silky blades the other day)

I decided to see if I can save a bit of dosh and try something else.

I bought a couple of Stein 300 saws which look very similar to the Silkies but cost half as much, and the scabbards look pretty sturdy too.

So far they seem spot on - anyone else have any views on them?

I've got some of the blades left, just lacking the imagination.

I saw a 6ft crocodile made out of discarded chainsaw chains and saw blades.

If only I had the patence and skill....

Sell them as scrap to a metal work if you want shot bud
