Seeking Employment: Derbyshire, Erewash/Nottinghashire

Well this is my first post on these forums but from reading through, everyone seems happy to help and share knowledge, a great community of professionals. Anyway..

 

My names Clint, I'm currently studying a Level 3 BTEC Diploma in Forestry and Arboriculture at Merrist Wood College, Surrey.

 

From the start of July I will be looking for work in the Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire area, particularly suitable would be around Erewash borough.

 

I have my CS30/31 and will be assessed for my 38 within the next few weeks. I'm a hard working individual that's always looking to better myself and improve my skills. I have all my PPE.

 

I'm not going to say I'm coming out of college knowing it all like some do, only that I'm willing to learn and learn FAST. I've done a couple of weeks unpaid work with a tree care company for some experience but I also have acquired a fair bit of experience during the 9-10 months of college where i have used a chipper extensively, operated a timber crane, skid winch, MEWP and stump grinder.

Im not afraid to pick up a rake or drag brash because I know everyone starts somewhere and everyone plays a part.

 

Ideally i'm looking for a permanent position as i have to acquire 300 hours of recorded work by Christmas for the completion of my course and i would like to spend this with one company if possible.
