Anybody got this years Hol's booked?? I was all Set for lanzerotie on 16/12/2012 for a week,suitcases in Car Night before as were Leaving 6 am. My daughter Woke up 4am Screaming she had a sore throat next thing we are in A&E turns out she had nasty throat infection and on docs advice Not to let her fly:thumbdown: 2 days later running about house fine!!n:sneaky2:so think we are going to Book up for March.: who else likes there hols?

Not going on any proper holidays this year, probably at least 3 festivals though so not all bad

Off to the Alps boarding on Saturday Morning. Hopefully the first of many holidays this year... !

Barbados in spring half term break.

In-laws have a house there so it the cheap, I mean sensible, option.

Not into holidays really, going to try to get away for a week snowboarding if i can this spring and we're supposed to be going to Australia for a month over next Christmas.

Watch neither of those things materialise though.....!

Just booked flights on Sunday to go and see relatives on Vancouver Island in June. Going for three weeks and want to do and see as much as possible as it is 14 years since my wife and I last went. I'll be sure to go to work with my cousin one day - he's a logging truck driver!!

My uncle lives in bermuda - i should really take advantage of this, but the flights are still £500+ Not a chance!

A good example to show that we do all get holiday pay!

 

If your self employed and you go on a holiday (as long as your paying for it) then that means every job you do that year contributes towards it (and paying the bills while your away) so thats holiday pay.

 

Yippee, its all about the holidays really. Just had my weeks skiing, hopefully go to greece again in the summer but planning a bigger ski holiday next year, hopefully two weeks driving there and back and maybe switching resorts after the first week.

My mother is 70 in may and is taking all her grandchildren and their parents to center parcs in France, then on to eurodisney.

 

Might try and get back over to Germany in October too.
