groundy / occational climber.

 

self employed / run my own business

 

admit young but been doing this 5 years

 

most of the guyes i work for are brilliant

 

but theres one that gives me a good amount of work but pays by the hour (£10)

 

but the day could be finished befor 12

 

so for my day i get £40

 

at the mo he ows me over a grand and never seems to pay me on time or regularly.

 

always promising to transfer funds but never seem to get to me.

 

just need advice

i been subing to him for about 5 years so its difficult to break away as hes a mate.

 

but as a small buisness i cant take the hassle.

 

sometimes he cancelles me the morning of the day so as i dont tecnically work i dont get any money.

 

this last month i invoiced him £50 for each cancelation hes sent me a message back saying he'll soon send me a documment out lining some queries. i bet there the cancelled days.

You are not his mate, he thinks nothing of you to treat you like this, he enjoys cancelling you, sending you home early and not paying you, it's time to wake up and accept this guy is a horrible nasty person who takes pleasure in hurting you.:thumbdown:

Think back to when you first met, even if it's 20 years ago, think of why you like him and how often he has done things like this and of keep smiling and convince yourself he is a mate.

I had a very similar so called friend, and to be honest, I was scared of him, so it was easier to befriend him and be treated badly as I felt safer!

It took me 34 years to realise this so dont beat yourself up, as this is also giving him some kind of horrible buzz!:sneaky2:
