Himalayan balsam and ranunculus.

Any anglers out there? Walk my local river every day and can't help but notice how little balsam there is this year and how much ranunculus there is. Not seen it look so good for a long time.

 

Anyone else seen this on their rivers? All I need now is a few feet off the depth to cast a fly!

not much fishing done here myself this year:001_huh:

i fish a great little gem of a river,but have to drive 40 miles,well worth it though

because its out in the sticks and not a urban river,not many people fish it,so when i go ive got to fight my way through the balsam,popping and exploding every where:001_rolleyes:
