Had my jerry can pinched from almost empty van. So, what security products do you use to protect your vehicle?

---

I am here: http://tapatalk.com/map.php?0zjg3w

That's nothing. We had a broom nicked last week. It was leaning on the back of the truck between truck and trailer, in a posh place..... and it got pinched in the 5 minutes we were carrying tubs of compost from trailer through to back of house!

With a jerry can, though, could you just run a cable lock through the handles to the tie down points or something else in the van?

I was doing a bit of work in a river, tied a bit of regular blue rope to a tree to help scrambling up and down the banks. Come back 15 minutes later and someone has had it away!Unbelievable.

Clearing my mums after she died we had a skip on front drive

We'd also left stuff leaning against wall we were taking away

I took cleaners home whilst my son was in house

When I returned he was laughing his head off, he said seven neighbours descended en masse as I droveaway, and were in the skip in seconds ....... This was supposedly posh midde cass area .... They also took stuff leaning against wall which we had to recover

They were taking stuff we had offered free to charity shops .......

Worse problem was my mums cleaner and my ex sister in law, my mum had said get a momento from the house......

It was like they'd burgled it, they literally took carloads away....including my mums engagement ring, antique jewellery, silver ornaments ......right down to my grandads medal for going into a burning colliery in 1910

Cleaner has car boot stall.......

Can't do anything about it because she gave them permission .....

Apparently cleaner has made profession of this.....she has eight old customers .....production line
