Employment law wont allow it anymore anyway I think. If you employ someone full time they have to be on your books.

 

theres know problem with it, myself and a good few more do, there is a big differance between subby and freelance though.

 

As long as you can prove your bona fida self employed then there should be no problem ie you supply everything to carry out your work etc and dont just turn up using another companies gear etc.

 

not quite as simple as that but the main is to prove your totally independant.:thumbup1:
