In Dorset, I pay between £37 and £45 plus vat for hardwood, and pay anything from £8 - £12 plus vat for haulage.

I think softwood is roughly £20.

Softwood £20!!! You're having a laugh - buy all you can get at that price!

I just bought processor DF for £37.50 / metre (no vat tho) plus haulage. Haulage starts at £12 here and goes up to nearly 20.

Obviously this is the expensive end. And yet our log prices aer among the lowest. Typical west country idiots then.

Chip from Euro starts at £26 r/side!!!

Prices are up and down like a donkey's hind leg in the south east. A dumpy can be 40-70 delivered locally, depending on quality (plenty of chancers selling rubbish) but desperados flog full pickup loads for 70 quid, too. In our local Kent Weald free magazine there must be a dozen firewood sellers advertising constantly through the year-top log prices only really apply if you have long standing clients who can't be bothered to shop around.

£35 to £55 + vat for hardwood delivered and £35+ vat + haulage on softwood but we don't have much demand for that.

keeping our prices the same this year again £94 for a 90x90 £120 97x97x110

no clue as to what a dumpy is as some of you use 50x50 60x60 90x90 unless you give a size it's meaningless to me at least.
