Experienced gardener / grass cutter needed

My groundsman runs his own gardening and grounds maintenance business with two people working for him. One chap is leaving and he now needs someone full time (on a self employed basis) who is capable of working on their own and as part of a team. Nearly all work is domestic gardens, with a few small blocks of flats and other small commercial contacts. Must be reliable, honest and be able to communicate well with customers.
