Lead climber / crew leader needed for a small and expanding company with a reputation for high quality work . Based in Guildford, and a growing customer base in the Home Counties. Apart from tree surgery there is also consultancy work with surveys, tree healthcare and mature tree planting, so any candidates would be part of these roles as well. As a growing company there is ample opportunity for those seeking a long term career.

Brief description of duties:

Responsible for organising team and equipment in the morning, running the site smoothly and efficiently and organising equipment upon return. There maybe other responsibilities looking further along the line, dependent on experience and ability.

Qualifications required:

CS 30.1,CS 30.2,CS 31,CS 38,CS 39,CS 41

Clean driving license

Climbing competency is essential.

Salary on offer: between £130 and £150 per day, self employed for first month and then PAYE, payment once a month.

Annual leave:

20 working days and bank holidays.

A bonus system is operated to reward hours over the standard working week.
