I have a chance of having one as we are clearing my late aunts house. I havn't seen one since my teens when they were all the rage. Were/ are they any good ?

My recollection is of the bloke across the road having a hissy fit , cursing and swearing trying to get it started ...

2 stroke hover mowers havent been made for about 12 years, they dont comply with emission regs. Domestic ones had L470 Tecumseh engines, awful when they play up, they went bust about 10 years ago, hardly any spares. Pro ones had a JLO, Tecumseh TV840 XL engine , both obsolete , and best of all a Suzuki MX120 engine, really good bit of kit. We sold a mint Suzuki one last week for £250, ridiculous price , but could have sold it several times as if your bank is over 30', then its the only thing that will do it. 4 stroke Honda models only work up to 30'
