Can I ask why you want dry??

A couple of tones is a lot of dry chip, quantification is best done by volume rather than weight, are you sure about the quantity?

 

Had a QS ask for 18t of chip for a landscaping scheme once, what he wanted was an 8 wheeler load which is substantially less than 18t
