Hi I am about to join the wee chipper cIub...could someone please measure the internal and external wheel space. So I can order a trailer..

Thanks, they do but unfortunately but no lube is added to the deal and at 1200+VAT for the trailer, i would have severe rectal discomfort parting with that much wedge for a trailer, i would feel well and truly shafted!

Thought they were £850+VAT:confused1: check with PeteB.

 

4" angle with internal spacing (between upstands) of 30" cost me £120 to build with brand new parts and can load on my own.

Many others have gone down the route of plant roller trailers - apparently they're just the right size.

Thanks, yours looks great.... its the roller trailer i am looking at takes a 28inch roller.

p.s. even if they are 850 + VAT thats too rich for me.!!!

Trailer or chipper?

Chipper is horses for courses - indispensable on the right job but this one's only been out once or twice this year. To be honest a little extra drag to get to an 8" machine is often worth it.
