groundie/ second climber wanted derby area

Were after someone as a groundie/second climber, looking for someone with cs38 so can be a rescue climber also cs 30 and a driving licence, cs 31 and cs39 would be a bonus, experience is not essential if willing to learn, with competitive rates of pay.
