JUst returned from Vancouver looking for work in Manchester/North West area

Ive just got back from working in Vancouver for a year with a tree service company as a groundsman. Looking to continue now I am back in england. Experienced with all types of groundwork but would like to find someone who would eventually be able to train me up to be a climber, Started learning in Canada but my visa run out! Just in the process of looking into doing all relevant exams, can anyone help me please....?

Hi, cant help you work wise sorry, looking for work myself. Just interested in how you went about getting work abroad? Something i'm interesed in. Did you go just go out there and look for work or did you have something lined up?

i had something lined up there already mate, theres plenty of tree work available, you just need to be careful with visas etc

get out there mate, i worked in vancouver for a year aswell, amazing place and like jonny said lots of work. i managed to get a student visa n woked out at 150 canadian dollars not sure about a temp working visa though. definatly reccomend it though. they say its best place on earth and i sort of agree.
