We are now recruiting for an Arboriculture Instructor to join our new training centre based just outside of Exeter.

 

The post holder will be required to deliver a wide range of in-house and external land based skills courses and assist in developing new courses. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business.

 

We are ideally looking for an experienced trainer and the post holder will be required to have the following:

 

• A full UK driving licence

• Eligibility to work within the UK

• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in arboriculture

• Excellent knowledge of modern arboricultural practices and technical ability

• Have good planning and organisational skills

• Have good IT skills

• Have excellent knowledge of Health & Safety regulations

• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to teach and develop others

• CRB Check (Hi-Line will provide this)

 

Although not essential the following would also be advantageous:

 

• B+E driving category

• NPTC Assessor qualification

• Thorough Examination of Arboricultural Equipment (LOLER) qualification

 

Salary for all posts is dependent on qualifications and experience and would be discussed at interview should you be successful in reaching this stage.
