Arb Manager, East Anglia up to £40k p/a PAYE

Our client is a large regional green services contractor provider covering east Anglia. They offer grounds maintenance, landscape construction, estate management (includes cleaning) and arboriculture (they are an AA Approved Contractor). Their client base includes Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Highways Authorities.

 

They are looking to recruit an experienced Arboricultural manager to be based at their office within East Anglia .

 

The role will involve controlling all aspects of the arboriculture works within the company from the initial enquiry through to invoicing. You will be responsible for ensuring all systems and procedures are in place to operate the arboriculture teams and that plant and equipment are used and managed appropriately. The ability to develop, implement and manage budgets, expenditure and income for all arboriculture services as a P and L account will be necessary.

 

The ideal candidate will be a self motivated individual with previous man management experience, capable of leading others to deliver services to the highest standards in an efficient and cost effective manner. A technical qualification in Arboriculture would also be an advantage.

 

A generous salary package of up to £40k is offered, dependent on qualifications and experience.
