Our client is a company that employs three permanent staff and was established in 2005. They operate predominantly in their local area of south Buckinghamshire, but may also travel further into Berkshire and west Middlesex. Their client base is mainly domestic but they also have some commercial and private estate contracts. Much of this business is repeat clients and consequently they are booked 6 weeks in advance. They do all aspects of tree work and also some hedging.

They are looking for a competent Climber in a team of three. Candidates must be able to undertake basic tree work operations so they can deputise for the Lead Climber who is the owner of the business and will have to take time out to price work and attend meetings. NPTC units up to aerial use of the chainsaw in a tree are a basic requirement as is a full driving licence. Additional qualifications such as E trailer licence and NPTC chipper/stump grinder/MEWP would justify a higher starting rate of pay.

The position is full time and directly employed with an hourly rate of pay of up to £85 to £120 per day PAYE subject to experience and qualifications. In addition candidates are paid 28 days annual leave and receive a pension. An immediate start is possible for the right candidate. Our client will consider applications from sub-contractors.
