Our client is the tree section of a local authority in the south west near Bristol. As a unitary authority they are responsible for all governmental functions in a mixed urban and rural area which includes the world heritage city of Bath and attractive rural areas stretching towards the Mendips.

 

The council are currently looking to recruit a skilled climbing part time arborist on a short term basis initially but could roll on, NPTC's CS 30 and CS 31 are essential, with NPTC CS38 and CS39 preferable.

 

The role will involve the full range of works to trees on highways, park, schools, housing and other council owned land.

 

The position is offered on a temporary basis at an hourly rate of pay of £9.03 PH PAYE and £11.24 PH sub contract for a 16 hour week.
