Firewood delivery/yard person-suffolk

We are a small/medium sized company based on the Suffolk/Essex borders with a regular and growing client base offering varied and interesting work.

 

We currently have a vacancies for staff.

 

We have a busy yard and regular Log customers. I am looking for somebody who can use a variety of firewood processing and log splitting machinery and is able to operate a digger/loading shovel. Must also be experienced in operating a chainsaw and hold a full clean driving licence.

 

Minimum qualifications held must include CS30, 31 and a clean driving license is required. HGV or pre 97 will be an advantage. Must be physically fit and possess a strong work ethic.

 

Continued personal development is encouraged with training given, there are very real opportunities for promotion.

 

You will need your own transport, due to the location of our yard.

 

A full permanent contract will be given after 3 months probation including all normal privileges such as 28 days paid holiday per year etc. All PPE will be provided

 

Wages will be paid monthly into your bank account.

 

Competitive rates will be paid, based on your experience.
