Hello mates. I'm an American who was born in Scotland and have dual citizenship ( haven't filed paperwork, but am qualified ) I have friends and family over there I am trying to plan a visit for next week for about 2 weeks, from the 8th-22nd. I will likely be doing construction work for a mate in Portsmouth area., but would love to get in some tree work in while there. I climb( I have a small ree service of my own, but am not yet a certified Arborist, studying hard though ), and am pretty decent . I was hoping to arrange a bit of work with a company there to have a good time with. I served in Baghdad,Iraq with some British soldiers and they were hard working fellows ( I was in the US Army for 17 years) I don't now if I'd bring my gear, ( I could bring my saddle if need be) but was hoping to earn a good wage, maybe learn a few more tricks for you lot. If none could take me on, even if just as a groundie, I'd appreciate it, I could call to talk over details if the trip so going to happen. I have a place to stay, probably have a ride, but I dare not try driving on the wrong side of the road . Lol I really hope someone can hook me up if I come thanks for you time on this long post
