Lead Climber, Suffolk, up to £11.50 P/A PAYE PLUS BONUS

Our client is a medium sized company employing approx. 30 staff covering all aspects of tree surgery, grounds maintenance and landscaping operations throughout East Anglia. Our works include both commercial and council contracts and as well as domestic clients. We hold a number of company accreditation including ISO9001, ISO14001, CHAS and are an Approved Contractor with The Arboricultural Association.

 

They are looking to employ a full time competent Lead Climber who will be responsible for organising the team and equipment, completing site specific risk assessments, responsible for health and safety on site, ensuring high quality of works from the team, liaising with clients to ensure works have been completed satisfactorily, carrying out all aspects of tree surgery including felling, crown reductions and rigging operations.

 

Essential qualifications are CS30.1, CS30.2, CS31, CS38, CS39 and a full driving licence.

Desirable qualifications are CS32, CS40 and C41, Wood Chipper, Emergency First Aid at Work and a trailer towing license.

 

The salary will be £9 to £11.50 per hour depending on qualifications and experience paid on a monthly basis, to include £60 per month performance bonus. The company is signed up to the auto-enrolment pension scheme. Annual leave entitlement is 28 days including bank holidays increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service. Days and Hours of Work

Monday to Friday 0700 to 1630 with 9 hour paid per day for a 45 hour week.
