Senior Tree and Woodlands Officer, S London, £19 P/H PAYE

Our client is a south London borough with an arboricultural section within the planning. They are currently looking for a Senior Contracts Technical Officer (Trees and Woodlands).

 

Candidates should have a good knowledge of contract management in the arboriculture industry and have a clear understanding of project management and control measures. In addition, experience in a management or senior supervisory role is desirable. A relevant arboricultural industry recognised qualification with detailed knowledge of the purpose and application of equalities and health and safety legislation and policies is required. A sound knowledge of financial management and budgetary controls would be helpful along with a good standard of IT skill, including word processing, spread sheets, database, presentation, email/ internet GIS and mapping systems.

 

Ability to drive and own a car is essential as travel between sites is necessary.

 

The hours are 36 per week, pay is £19.00PH , contact for 12 months. Standard DBS check required.
