garage cleaned out Doncaster

Hi all,

Had the garage completely cleaned out of saws last night between midnight &5:30am in Doncaster. Notable saws to keep an eye out for; husky 257xpg & 353....the others were smaller saws such as ms170's/ 231's etc. Going to be fitting alarm system after this event.

Look at one like this as it doesn't need power, put the siren somewhere they can't get to it and plenty of sensors so it goes off however they get in there. Also a lock box so they can't just snatch the stuff and run

They're bloody loud which helps! I have the one up from that one which has the decoy box as well and had to dumb it down to not need the powered control box as originally had it for the house until got a wired version, I had the siren inside my garage but locked inside a steel box so couldn't be stopped, if you were in there when it went off its deafening, worked well when they broke into mine!

Harvey; Sprotbrough so not too far away. The police thought it was likely that they had come across from the side of the pennines.

Thanks for all the advise on alarms etc, much appreciated...going to go the whole hog and get motion activated cameras I think as well as the alarm system.

thats only 10 mins from where i live. sometimes take the kids down to the falls for a walk round, then visit the park.
