New England Tachyon rope
My Yale fire rope is on its way out and am curious if the Tachyon is any good, I know it's 11.5 mm, lighter and stronger. I climb with the vt system and I thought I'd ask for your opinion before I buy.

Nice rope, there are 2 types of tachyon the treuflberger version which I found less bouncy and harder to the touch where as I found the regular tachyon to be softer in hand but incredibly bouncy, don't know why they are different they just seem to be

Ive been shopping about and I have found the Yale Poison Ivy which also looks good, so any more opinions please will be appreciated

Poison Ivy also good, plus it also comes in a snazzy hot pink.

Cheers Peter, Pink would be better I suppose, least it wouldn't be camouflage in the tree as the green. Less likely to cut it
