Ordered an exhaust over the net for the Suzuki sj410 and couldnt believe my eyes when I unwrapped it:thumbdown:

 

Not a problem as I welded around the out side and ground the old weld off.

 

It made me wonder if most exhaust fitters would have just bolted it on and said nowt:sneaky2:

 

Just another good reason to do more of the maintanance on the vehicles.

 

Oh and guess where it was made ?

That's pretty diabolical, and I'm sure most fitters would indeed have just whacked it on.

Let's face it most likely place to have that work done would have been quick fit. IMO there places are full of college rejects.

Just by an OE one at more money and you wouldn't have had a problem.

So it would have cost more or taken longer to put the weld on the out side then ?
