Methods of climbing

:alberteinstein:Does anybody still use just a simple prusik system and two ends of your climbing line or am I really in the dark ages?

Don't like climbing with a strop like I was shown at college years ago.

Disadvantages of using two ends are obvious but are other ways much improved?

The weight will help it......Keep stuffing the pasties:proud:

I use 12/13mm climbing rope with 10mm Prussic which is spot on (16 Stone).

I use the simple Prussic method but with two long ropes (different colours).... and it prevents that loop on a single line getting caught up all the time.
