After 22 years wearing these helmets , today was the first time it saved me from serious injury.

I was pulling on a rope when suddenly something give way sending me backwards smacking my head of the pavement .

I even wear a helmet for cycling having lost a friend due to a cycling accident.

Stay safe and use your Protective clothing.

I tried to get in my truck today, wasn't feeling fully switched on tbh.

There were some low hanging branches from the tree I was next to so I stooped my head. As I opens the door as you do with usual force I swung the corner point straight into my forehead.

If I hadn't been wearing a beenie I reckon claret would have been everywhere.

I wish I had my helmet on then. It bloody hurts now.
