Got two Partner 700's....

I have two Partner chainsaws, haven't a clue what bar to use or were to get em.... someone who does em up sold em me cheap, fifty quid each...

One sounds like it might be worth doin up, the other not so sure...

 

Why I'm at it, I have a Johnsered 25somethin or other, thats needs a new bar as well, any suggestions?..

Go to the Oregon site, use the parts list to look up your chainsaw(s).

 

Once you have the bar numbers, you can use them to cross reference with other, cheaper brands on eBay or various online shops.

Not sure on the bar and chain for the partners.

 

The guy who sold them to you cheap probably looked on eBay first:

 

Partner Petrol Chainsaw | eBay

 

Whole saws are going for less than you paid. Now who do you reckon got the deal there?

 

IMO I would leave the lesser brands to the home owners. Stick to the three or four well known brands. Easier to get parts, usually more reliable and you know what your getting.

 

Just my opinion of course, hope the partners don't turn out to be Lemons.
