What chain ?

I need a new chain for a 18 inch 357 xp 72 drive links with a 30 stamped on the links and a hole in some of the drive links. Any ideas thanks Ian

I would go full chiz . Much prefer it over semi .

If the chain says 30 on the drivers, it is Husky H30 = Oregon 95VP/VPX. That means the bar (likely) is .050, so .058 chain won't work.

 

There may be issues with which .325 .050 chain models that can be used as well, depending on the exact bar and saw model involved.

May have wrong chain fitted so look on bar for info and go from that.

The 357xx would never have hade the .325 050 Pixel chain as standard.

See what's stamped on the bar , I've had 4 or 5 357's and all were .325 058 . You never can rule out people putting wrong stuff on , as Troll says it could be 050 but I would doubt it

It is a oregon 95 vpx bar on it !

Looks like someone has fitted a narrow kerf set up then , will be 050 chain for sure . We run all our wee husky's on .325 058 and use Stihl full chisel chain . Just my preference.
