They'll all have had a skin full by now ! - move your post up the list tomorrow and you should get some replies.

 

Looking at the list prices of different brands will tell you a lot.

 

Tajfun 420 has a size advantage over a Posch, but that's about it.

 

I am about to change for a new machine - Posch all the way.

Yeh, I did the search but very limited on the tajfun. It's the 320 I'm looking at. Liking the look of the twin ram setup.

It looks like they have been listening to the industry, as they have just brought out a Tajfun 480. Depending on price they may well sell a lot of these.

ANYONE KNOW THE PRICE OF THIS NEW MODEL - Mortimore ?

 

Don't bother with the 320 - too small for most roundwood if you buy it in.

I had a 380 it was a good machine for the money and held its value. If you go for a tajfun I would strongly recommend the log loader.

 

Downside was the chain constantly running
