Correct there is no Husqvarna equivilant, it was an out and out Jonsered machine, a bit square looking but a cracking little saw, they did a micro prosessor version, not there finest hour, can mail you a parts list if you want.

The 2055 replaced the 2051 as the pro saw in that "family", while the 2054 always was a lower performing "semi-pro" version.

I don't know about any Husky saws that used the same carbs as the 2055 - so no help to the OP there - even though several Husky saws have used 15.08mm HDA carbs.

In that case you should have advised him to buy a Stihl.

I've heard they're the best chainsaws available.

I was just saying, if you've nothing to add to the OP's requests, then you have no more value to add than my suggestion to buy a Stihl, the KING of chainsaws for pro's, or so I've heard.

Wrong thread! The jokes thread is a sticky on the general topic forum.

The OP asked if husky did a similar carb for a similar saw, the answer is no, and thus an attempt to find a carb with suitable features as a replacement is being attempted to be quantified by the features of the original.

👍 A fine response!
