Returning to Tree Work

I'm looking to get back into tree work after a 9 year ish break. (been doing other stuff). I'm reasonably well qualified and have a few years experience. Are there any "refresher" type courses that would get me back up to speed in most aspects of the industry?

Climbing seems to have moved more to SRT than DRT but the work does not seem to have changed much (scientifically).

I live and work in North Cornwall.

Advice gratefully received.

Having up to date certification may be an issue , but as for techniques the old ways and equipment are still good enough to get the vast majority of jobs done safely and efficiently . A good level of fitness is always important . You can find out about most new ideas on here but I think plenty have used traditional ways for years now , some even still on prussik loops I think !! ( they work though and are safe , and comply with H&S ) good luck !
