Contract Supervisor Required in Witley Surrey

An opportunity has arisen at our Witley depot for a Contract Supervisor. You will:

• Assist the Contract Manager with the smooth operation of all arboricultural operations

that are carried out in the area.

• Supervise activities including tree planting, stump grinding, Traffic management

operations for a range of public, private and corporate clients

• Be responsible for the supervision of staff, work planning and organisation, machinery

and plant management, supplier and subcontractor management

• Also be involved in monitoring and implementing Health and safety systems and controls,

along with client liaison and quality control

As the successful Contract Supervisor, you will:

• Be highly driven

• Have sound people skills with the ability to manage staff from multi disciplined contracts

• Be a forward planning team player

• Set and achieve all targets

• Ideally have a sound knowledge of all countryside, landscape or grounds maintenance

operations

• Have the ability to tender small and larger projects to aid in the contracts profitability

• Ideally hold a formal qualification in one of the above disciplines

• Have a full driving licence.
