Husky 44, got it from a guy selling it out of the local paper when I was 14.
I had just done a weeks work experience on a local estate in the woods dept., and had been helping by fueling, oiling and sharpening. I even got to use a saw cutting laurel, so had to get one for myself! Turned up at the guys house, got a lift from my mummy, tried to tell him i knew what i was doing and realised that i had never started a saw before, looked a right arse trying to pull it without my foot in the rear handle! a steep learning curve then followed!

Well mine was an old Husky, it did have a chain brake but thats about it!
After a while I traded it in against a 044 which I still use today. Here are a couple of photo's of my friends fathers first saw, it cost him £40 and thats what he sold it to me for... bargain in my eyes ![]()
