Doesn't look like gano, no pics due to damned iphone dying again (sent off for repair, so no fungi app for now!).

 

About 3' high on stem, single bracket about 5" across.

 

I'll get pics and report back.

 

 

 

Not called the Willow Braket for nothing.

 

Of the 710 records from the British Isles, it looks like somewhere in the region of 90% + have been recorded on Salix.

 

However additional host are recorded (frdbi) as Alder, Birch, Poplar, Prunus, Sorbus & there are 4 records of Oak.
